Get fit.

Have fun.

Give back.

As a graphic designer tasked with creating marketing collateral for FitnessFest, a breast cancer awareness fundraising event, I started by researching breast cancer awareness campaigns to understand the types of visuals that are typically associated with the cause. I also looked into other fitness events to get an idea of the types of designs that would be eye-catching and effective.

Using this research, I developed a logo that was both visually appealing and represented the event's theme. The logo incorporated a pink ribbon, symbolizing the event's focus on fitness and breast cancer awareness. The logo was designed in a way that it could be easily recognizable and used across different marketing collateral.

Next, I designed posters and flyers that were informative and engaging. I used the event's color palette of pink and white and incorporated bold typography to make the event details stand out. The posters and flyers featured the event's logo, the date, time, and location, along with inspiring quotes and statistics related to breast cancer awareness. The flyers also included a QR code that attendees could scan to register for the event or donate to the cause.

For the social media posts, I created graphics that were shareable and engaging. The posts included images of breast cancer survivors participating in fitness activities, along with information about the event, such as the date and time, and how to register. I also used relevant hashtags to increase the visibility of the event on social media.

Overall, I aimed to create marketing collateral that was visually appealing, informative, and emotionally compelling. By using design elements that were related to both fitness and breast cancer awareness, I hoped to generate interest in the event and ultimately increase participation and fundraising for the cause.
